How would you describe your teaching style?

My own, I have been told by clients that one of my strengths is getting them to really feel and connect to each pilates movement, not just do it.

What is the funniest thing you have ever heard in the studio?

I have a couple that attends my classes regularly.  The husband has a sense of humor.  I was complementing him on his recent weight loss and he looked me straight in the face and told me his wife doesn’t feed him. I totally lost it and so did the rest of the class.  His wife just shook her head.  Maybe you had to be there!
